Applications are accepted year-round!
MOVE membership is designed to encourage USC students, specifically Marshall students, to gain insight in social issues, to engage in hands-on community service, and to discover various opportunities to give back, in order to understand the significant value and impact of social responsibility.
MOVE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Member dues are $5 per year which will cover the food and transportation to and from events, if applicable. Dues can be paid at the first service event you attend or at the general meetings.
MOVE members will be able to give back the local community, get to know other students, and learn about the importance of social responsibility beyond USC.
In addition, official MOVE members (who have filled out the membership application & paid their $5 dues) can:
- Attend free or discounted social events
- Receive food & transportation to and from events, if applicable
- Have priority to exclusive members-only events
- Attend the MOVE year-end celebratory dinner
- Receive recognition for their membership in the USC involvement transcript
MOVE sponsored events includes both events hosted by MOVE, as well as co-sponsored events with other Marshall organizations. Members will receive updates with upcoming Marshall sponsored events. MOVE highly encourages members to propose events and organization partnerships, and to participate more!
**Non-members are welcome to attend our events, however, there is a $3 event fee to cover transportation and food costs, if applicable.
